Elbert "Buck" Allen

Elbert (Buck) Allen Jr. resident of Brownfield, TX. died unexpectedly on May 18, 2021 at the age of 77. Memorial service will be held at 10am Saturday, May 22, 2021 at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Matt Baird officiating.

Buck was born in Tahoka, TX on December 20, 1943. He married Reva Gail Ivins on January 17, 1966 in Levelland, TX. They have four children, Rhonda Knox and husband Russell, Lisa Allen, Rodney Allen, Greg Allen and wife Debbie. Blessed with seven grandchildren, Ramsey, Ren, Richie, Morgan Allen, Webster Halsell, Tyree and Rhett Wilkes. Six great-grandchildren, Keeton, Ryleigh, Julies, Jordyn, Charlee and Grayson.

Buck was a devoted husband and father. If anyone knew Buck they knew he was a hard worker. He spent many years restoring old John Deere Tractors pridefully showing them in parades. Fishing was a never-ending excitement for him. Buck was a devoted to his family, he will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
