Amando Macias

Funeral services for Amando Macias, 85, of Brownfield will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at Ministerio Tierra de Promesas Church. Burial will follow at Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of the Brownfield Funeral Home.
There will be a family visitation held from 5 to 8 pm on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at the Brownfield Funeral Home.
Amando was born on September 27, 1933, in Chihuahua, Mexico to Juan and Ana Macias. He married Cristina Soto on January 1, 1955, in Chihuahua, Mexico. Amando was a God-fearing man, excellent father and a loving husband. He was a member of Ministerio Tierra de Promesas Church in Brownfield. Amando is Preceded in death his parents, Juan and Ana Macias; son, Alfonso Macias; grandson, Armando G. Macias.
Amando is survived by his wife, Cristina; 8 children and numerous grand and great-grandchildren.
