Angelita Villalpando

Services for Angelita Villalpando, 78, of Levelland will be at 10am, Monday, November 11, 2013 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church with Father Gerald Leatham officiating. Burial will be in Meadow Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

Rosary will be at 6pm Sunday evening, Nov. 10th at Brownfield Funeral Home.

Angelita passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013 in Levelland. She was born on May 11, 1935 in Elsa, TX to Aristeo and Cruz (Guerrero) Montalvo. She married Jesus Villalpando in Weslaco, TX. He preceded her in death in 2009. She was a Catholic. She is also preceded in death by her parents and a son, Cristobal Villalpando.

Angelita is survived by her daughters, Angelita Marquez and husband Leobardo of Levelland, Marta Villalpando of Phoenix, AZ, Oralia Martinez and husband Manuel of Smyer; her sons, Raul Villalpando of Meadow, Jesus Villalpando Jr. of Levelland, Daniel Villalpando and wife Rachel of Lubbock and Rogelio Villalpando of Peoria, AZ; 21 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren; a brother, Daniel Montalvo of Mexico; her sisters, Manuela Montalvo, Celia Montalvo and Adevina Montalvo all of Mexico.
