Funeral Service for Antonia Magaña will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, February 14, 2025, at Brownfield Funeral Home. Viewing will be from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and a prayer service will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Brownfield Funeral Home.

With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Mother and Grandmother on February 6, 2025, at the age of 84. Surrounded by her loving family in the comfort of her home, she left this world as she lived surrounded by love and warmth. Antonia was born on December 4, 1940, in Yorktown, Texas, to Benito and Lydia Gonzalez. She was a woman of grace, kindness, and unwavering faith. She welcomed everyone with open arms and a radiant smile, always ready to offer comfort and support to those around her. Her gentle spirit and boundless love touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. 

Above all, Antonia adored her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She treasured every moment with her family, and her love for them was immeasurable. Her positive attitude, warm presence, and deep connection with God brought peace and joy to all who entered her life. Antonia's legacy of love, compassion, and faith will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be forever missed but never forgotten.

Antonia is preceded in death by her parents, Benito and Lydia Gonzalez, and her sisters, Maria Leal, Lydia Garza, Luisa Olson, and Damiana Garrett.

She is survived by her children, Gloria Juarez, Guadalupe Magaña Jr., Andres Magaña (Joan), Toni Flores (Jesse), and Jeffrey Magaña (Denise); brothers, Benito Gonzalez Jr. (Maria), Rey Gonzalez, and Daniel Gonzalez (Toni); and sisters, Raquel Cuevas and Rebecca Flores.

Antonia is also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren: April Flores, Leslie Magaña (April), Melisa Perez (Roman), Karisa Longoria (Hector), Eric Magaña, Richie Juarez, Julian Magaña, Emily Magaña, Matthew Magaña, Avery Magaña, Noah Magaña, Desaya Magaña, Abram Magaña, and Bella Magaña; along with 19 great-grandchildren.
