Bill passed away Monday, October 8, 2007 at his home in Brownfield. He was born Sept. 19, 1938 in Ft. Stockton, TX. He attended Ft. Stockton schools. He had served in the Army. He married Elsie Drake, Nov. 11, 1961. She preceded him in death Nov. 15, 1999. He moved to Brownfield in 1967. Bill then married Dean McKinley, Oct. 6, 2007 in Brownfield. He was a Baptist.
He is survived by his wife Dean of Brownfield; a daughter, Nona Kumpe of Frisco; 2 grandchildren, Steven Kumpe of Little Elm and Jennifer Kumpe of Frisco; 2 great grandchildren, Savanah and Jarred Kumpe of Little Elm.
