Dean Nadine Renfro

Services for Dean “Nadine” Renfro, 89, of Brownfield will be held at 2pm Monday, July 27, 2015 at Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Bob Reynolds officiating.

Viewing will be held from 12-8pm Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Brownfield Funeral Home.

Dean was born on October 20, 1925 in Odell, TX to J.B. and Maggie Armes. She was a member of Brownfield Church of Christ. Nadine married J.T. Renfro on November 2, 1945 in Sudan. She was a loving and caring person, who loved unconditionally. She especially loved her children, grandchildren and puppy. She enjoyed music and always clapped along. Dean was the life of Ventura Place, she kept everyone entertained and smiling. She dedicated 33 years to cooking for many local civic clubs.

Dean is preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Renfro; parents, J.B. and Maggie Armes, a brother, Paul Armes and 4 sisters, Zella Slaughter, Truman Parmer, Mary Jo Atkins and Ophelia Greenwalt.

Dean is survived by her 2 daughters, Reta Clare and husband Dane of Brownfield and Glenda Martin and husband Keith of Denver City; 9 grandchildren, Mundy Boen of Albuquerque, NM, Amanda Carter of Lubbock, Will Martin of Lubbock, Dedra Skipworth of South Padre Island, Roger Wheeler of Glendale, AZ, Shane Clare of Big Springs, Patty Barbee of Brownfield, Nickie Clare of Brownfield and Marty Clare of Brownfield; 21 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
