Funeral service for Ermilo Aguilar Jr. will be at 10:00 am Friday, October 11, 2019, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Msgr. Gerald Leatham. Burial will follow in the Ropesville Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

Rosary will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel.

Visitation will be from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel

Ermilo passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2019.

Ermilo was born on July 22, 1965, in Brownfield to Ermilo Sr. and Francisca Aguilar. Ermilo loved his grandchildren and was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone with no questions asked. He loved playing in the pool league and the softball league. Ermilo is preceded in death by his grandparents, Andres and Elvira Escobedo, Dionicio and Santos Aguilar; niece, Alexis Ramirez; one uncle and two aunts.

Ermilo is survived by his parents, Ermilo and Francisca Aguilar; six siblings, Cynthia Mojica “Paul”, Reinaldo Aguilar, Diana Ramirez “Richard”, Leonor Aguilar, Jennifer Vasquez “Joseph”, and Erica Solorzano; four children, Amber Figueroa “Dustin”, Alejandro Aguilar “J’Me”, Michael Aguilar “Sarah”, and Vanessa Rodriguez; 8 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
