Estela Rodriguez

Services for Estela Rodriguez, 87, of Brownfield will be at 10am, Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Primera Iglesia Bautista Church with Paul Nieto and Plutarco Garcia officiating. Burial will be in Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

Estela will be in state for viewing on Monday at Primera Iglesia Bautista Church from 3-8pm. The prayer service will also be at the church beginning at 7pm.

Estela passed away Friday, May 24, 2013 in Brownfield. She was born on April 14, 1926 in, Charlotte, Texas to Andres and Torivia (Rios) Bergara Sr. She married Narciso Rodriguez in 1948 in Levelland. He preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers, Luciano Bergara, Ray Bergara and Andres Bergara, Jr. She was a member of Primera Iglesia Bautista Church.

Pallbears will be Rod Rodriguez, Jacob Rodriguez, Julian Rodriguez and Alix Rodriguez.

Estela is survived by 2 sons, Eliu “Eddie” Rodriguez and his wife Sally of Brownfield and Eliasar “Alix” Rodriguez of Brownfield; 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; a sister, Carmen Gonzales of Jourdanton.
