Gerald Don Jordan

Funeral Services for Gerald Don Jordan, 72, of Brownfield will be held at 10am Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Rev. Chris Seaton officiating. Burial will follow at the Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm Monday, January 4, 2016 at Brownfield Funeral Home.

Don passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015 in Brownfield. He was born September 17, 1943 in Lawton, OK to Albert Lee Denzil Jordan and Willie Lou Jordan. Don attended Meadow schools. He was a lifetime member of the Terry County Sheriff’s Posse. He married Linda Renea Hemmeline on October 7th, 1964 in Ralls. Don is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Albert Lee Jordan and R.C. Jordan.

Don is survived by his wife, Linda Jordan; a son, Chase Jordan; brother-in-law, Steve Hemmeline and wife, Beni, of Lubbock; three nephews, Gary Don Jordan and wife, Traci, of Andrews, Danny Jordan and wife, Angela, of Hobbs, NM, Shawn Jordan and wife, Kristi, of Lubbock, a great niece; five great nephews; and several cousins.
