Services for Lily Gladys Bullard, 92, of Brownfield will be at 2pm, Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel with Gilbert Peters and Bob Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Brownfield Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

There will be a family visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-7pm.

Gladys passed away Sunday, November 20, 20ll in Brownfield. She was born October 25, 1919 in Comanche, Texas to Alvin and Mae Ellen (Vanderford) Lary. She moved with her family to Brownfield in 1936. Gladys married Charles A. “Preacher” Bullard on November 27, 1936 in Seminole. He preceded her in death on September 26, 2003. She was a member of Tahoka Road Church of Christ. She is also preceded in death by a sister and 2 brothers.

Gladys is survived by 3 daughters, Yvonne Day of Brownfield, Patsy Barnes and husband Leon of Pasadena and Sharon Gifford and husband Jerry of Ft. Worth; a son, Charles Bullard and wife Eppie of Meadow; a sister, Elsie Mae Frazier of Plainview; 14 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and 1 great-great-great grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
