Hilario A. Jimenez Jr.

Hilario A. Jimenez Jr. was born on March 23, 1926, at San Benito, TX to Hilario Jimenez Sr. and Simona A Jimenez. He married Maria Flores Jimenez. He worked for years at Ross Irrigation, and Brownfield Compress. He is also remembered by working out in the fields.

He always carried a smile that all his family will remember. He loved all his family with all his heart. He left behind; a daughter Olga Arguellez, of Levelland; two sons, Hilario F. Jimenez, of Brownfield, Jose Jimenez of Worland, Wyoming; five sisters, Celia Vidaurre of Lubbock, Guadalupe Ramirez of Amarillo, Maria Yanez of Slaton, Raquel Fuentes of  Amarillo, Simona Santana of Lubbock; two brothers, Antonio Jimenez of Lubbock, Albert Jimenez of Lubbock; twenty-four grandchildren, seventy-seven great-grandchildren, eighty-four great-great-grandchildren and four great-great-great-grandchildren.

Hilario is preceeded in death by his wife Maria F. Jimenez; two daughters, Maria J. Salinas, Rosario J. Bazan; sister, Viriana Vidaurre; brother, Demeteris Jimenez.

Funeral service will be held at 10 am Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at Brownfield Funeral Home with Rev. Santos Gamez officiating. Burial will follow in Brownfield Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home. Family visitation will be from 6 pm to 8 pm Monday, November 9, 2020, at Brownfield Funeral Home.
