Services for Hisa Bazan Valdonado, 64, of Brownfield will be held at 10 am on Saturday, February 2, 2019, at St. Anthonys Catholic Church with Father Jose Kochuparambil officiating.
Rosary will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm at Brownfield Funeral Home on Thursday and Friday, January 31 and February 1, 2019.
Hisa was born on May 13, 1954, to Seferino and Hortencia Valdonado in Karnes City. He Married Mary Martinez on July 4, 1991, in Brownfield and they had a Catholic wedding on May 13, 2003. He worked as a fabrications specialist for W&R Sheetmetal. Hisa was a loving and caring person, he was a friend to many and a stranger to none. He loved his children and grandchildren unconditionally. He also loved his pets very much. Hisa is preceded in death by his parents, Seferino and Hortencia Valdonado; son, Samson Valdonado; grandchild, Calib Valdonado; brother, Seferino Valdonado, Jr.; sister, Mary Ann Salas; grandparents Gonzalo and Ricarda Bazan and mother-in-law, Conception Martinez.
Hisa is survived by his wife, Mary Valdonado of Brownfield; 3 children, Matthew Valdonado, Vanessa Valdonado and Isaiah Valdonado all of Brownfield; 4 grandchildren, Jeremiah Hernandez of Lubbock, Mariah Gonzalez of Lubbock, Jaedon Perry of Brownfield, Mark Gonzalez of Lubbock and Mikah Valdonado of Brownfield; and 3 siblings, Mary Helen Flores and husband, Pedro of Kennedy, Henry Valdonado and wife, Sandra of Karnes City and Jerry Valdonado of New Boston
