Jesus F. Casarez

Funeral service for Jesus F. Casarez, 86, of Brownfield, will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at 10 am at Immanual Baptist Church in Brownfield with Bruce Cargile officiating.  

Jesus was born on August 13, 1934, in Karnes City to Casimiro and Jesusa Casarez. He passed away on November 8, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. He was a farmer for 31 years in the Meadow community. Jesus married Guadalupe Ochoa on August 4, 1956, in Brownfield. He was a Godly man, who loved his family. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Jesus was preceded in death by his parents, Casimiro and Jesusa Casarez; infant son, David Casarez; son, Jose “Joe” Casarez;  brothers, Pablo Casarez and Pedro Casarez and sister Lena Ramos. 

Jesus is survived by his wife, Guadalupe Casaraz; sons, Jesse and wife Teresa Casarez, and David and wife Crystal Casarez; daughters, Mary and husband Rene Curiel, Irma and husband Marty Quintanilla, and Lupe and husband Mario Perez; 21 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
