Kimberlee Coon

Graveside services for Kimberlee Coon will be held at 10 am, Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at Terry County Memorial Cemetery with Elliot Powell officiating. There will be a family visitation from 7 pm to 8 pm on Monday, December 30, 2019, at Brownfield Funeral Home.

Kimberlee passed away Thursday, December 26, 2019 in Lubbock. She was born November 7, 1951, in Brownfield to Murphy and Marian May. Kimberlee attended school in Brownfield until the 7th grade, then she went on to graduate from Ferry Hall School for girls in Lake Forrest, IL. She finished her education at Texas Tech where she received her associate’s degree. Kimberlee married Paul Coon on March 9, 1974, in Brownfield. She lived in Dallas for 7 years then moved back to Brownfield. She is preceded in death by her parents, Murphy and Marian May.

Kimberlee is survived by her husband, Paul Coon; her son, Monroe Coon; her son, Murphy Coon and his wife Dr. Amber Coon and their children Abigail and Loralei.
