Lenoria Lea Stowe

November 18, 1962 — February 12, 2025

Memorial Service for Lenora Lea Stowe will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 28, 2025, at Brownfield Funeral Home.

Lenoria was born on November 18, 1962, in Clinton, OK, to Junior and Blondie Stowe. She passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 62.

Family was central to her existence, and her nurturing spirit shone brightly in every interaction. She embraced the joys of family life and dedicated herself to creating a loving and supportive environment for her loved ones. Lenoria and her husband, Glen, shared 14 years together before he passed away in 2021. They loved riding motorcycles and spending time in Ruidoso.

An avid gardener, Lenoria found solace and joy in caring for her plants and being outdoors. She held a special fondness for the delicate beauty of hummingbirds, often experiencing moments of peace as she watched them flit about by her pond. She was a tough, resilient woman who confronted life’s challenges head-on, and her warm heart left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Lenoria was preceded in death by her parents, Junior and Blondie Stowe; a brother, James Stowe; and her husband, Glen Wooley. She is survived by her three daughters, Brandy Stowe, Ashley Ruiz, and Kalea Ruiz; brother, Bobby Stowe (Maite); two sisters, Ruby Gunter (Olan) and Edgle Dyer (Danny); nine grandchildren, Austin, Axle, Dylan, Gabriel, Michael, Brayden, Xavier, Monique, and Hallie; and one, great-grandbaby, Aviana.
