Services for Lucille Marie Adair, 91, of Brownfield will be at 2pm, Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Brownfield Church of Christ with Bob Reynolds and Bo Shero officiating. Burial will be in Brownfield Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

Lucille passed away Thursday, May 23, 2013 at her home in Brownfield. She was born on February 10, 1922 in Stephenville to Jim and Margaret (Williams) Barton. She attended Brownfield Schools. Lucille married Elmo Harper Adair on February 9, 1941 in Seminole. He preceded her in death on May 10, 1974. She later married Link Adair of Merkel. He also preceded her in death. She quilted and was a member of the Brownfield Art Association. She was a member of Brownfield Church of Christ. She is also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Evelyn Noel and Loree Arnett; 2 brothers, Vaughn and Bruce Barton.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Scott Adair, Jeff Adair, Greg Adair, Patrick Adair, Danny Neal, Dwain DePrang, Casey Bullock, David Prescott, Lance Cummings, Kerry Pratt, Bob McKenny.

Lucille is survived by 2 sons, Buster Adair and wife Betty Jo and David Adair and wife Marilyn, all of Wellman; 2 daughters, Mary Neal and husband Dan of Brownfield and Shirley Hartman and husband Jesse of Wellman; 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandsons; a sister, Dorothy Morris of Livingston; a brother, Jim Bob Barton and wife Patricia of Ft. Worth.

The family suggests memorials to the Children’s Home of Lubbock.
