Lynn Ann Moherman

Services for Lynn Ann Moherman, 70, of Brownfield will be at 10:00 am, Monday, August 10, 2009, at Immanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Jody O'Briant and Rev. John Patrick officiating. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery in Amherst under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

Lynn will be in state Sunday from 12-8pm. The family will receive friends on Sunday at the Funeral Home from 2-4.

Lynn passed away Thursday, August 6, 2009 in Lubbock. She was born March 29, 1939 in Amherst to Henry Lee and Annie Mae “Bill” Brown. She graduated from Amherst High School. Lynn married Earl F. Moherman on March 29, 1968 in Lubbock. They moved to Brownfield in 1969. He preceded her in death on July 6, 2008. She is also preceded in death by a son, Benjamin Wallace and a brother, William "Cooter" Brown.

Lynn is survived by a daughter, Cristal Ferguson and her husband Danny of San Angelo; a son, Tommy Wallace and his wife Leslie of Warren, MA; two step-children, Pam Moherman of Lubbock and Mike Moherman and wife Louise of Lubbock; 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren; a brother, Guy Brown and wife Sharon of Lubbock and a sister, Beverly Miller of West Virginia.

The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
