Graveside Services for Maudie Irene Allison Lowrance will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, January 30, 2023, at Terry County Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm on Sunday, January 29, 2023, at Brownfield Funeral Home.
Maudie Irene Allison Lowrance was born to Virgil and Ida Pearl Allison in Hitchita, OK. She married the love of her life, John Lowrance on December 4, 1948 and they were married several years before his death in 1973.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Ida Pearl, as well as all her siblings, Beulah Dean Morton, Gene Allison and Forest Allison.
Maudie is succeeded by her children, Kent Lowrance and Allison Davidson (Brian); grandchildren, Megan Houk (Taner), John Keenan Lowrance, Alexis Fuentes and Sandy Davidson; great-grandchildren, Brenlee Houk, Blanye Houk, Blaizlynn Houk and Avaya Fuentes; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Maudie ran a successful business, The Cub Drive In, for over 20 years and then was a CNA caretaker for home health. She raised Kent and Allison as a single mother and was so proud of both of them.
