Services for Wilma Nadine Wagner Brown, 77, formerly of Brownfield will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 3, 2007 at Brownfield First Baptist Chapel with Rev. Randy Land officiating. Burial will follow in Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
Nadine passed away Monday, July 30, 2007 in Columbia, TN. She was born Dec. 25, 1929 in Post, Texas to Willis Henry and Martha Mae Wagner. She graduated from Brownfield High School in 1945. She married Howard Wayne Brown, Jan. 26, 1950 in Brownfield, TX. He preceded her in death, May 12, 2001. She and her family lived and worked in the Brownfield Community for many years. She was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church in Chapel Hill, TN.
She is survived by a son, Rick Brown of Dallas; a daughter, Cynda Mathis and her husband Bob of Chapel Hill, TN.; two sisters, Juna Smith of Brownfield and Josephine Robison of Lubbock; her mother-in-law, Lura Brown of Brownfield; two grandchildren, John Mathis of Atlanta, GA. and Trina Mathis of Chantilly, VA; two great-grandchildren.
