Services for Neva Jo Lee, 80, will be held 11am Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Terry County Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Jon Patrick officiating.
There will be a family visitation from 9am to 10:30am Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Brownfield Funeral Home.
Neva passed away July 3, 2016 in Denver City. She was born January 18, 1936 in Brownfield to Virgil and Ileta (Stockton) Kinard. She graduated from Brownfield High School. Neva married Doyle Wayne Lee in Lovington, NM on August 6, 1955. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Neva enjoyed gardening, oil painting, knitting, and collecting antiques. She won many blue ribbons for her knitted sweaters. Neva was also an avid cat lover. She is preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Wayne Lee, Parents, Virgil and Ileta Kinard, and a sister Jean Moran.
Neva is survived by her son, Richard Lee of Pasadena; daughter, Gayle Bussell and husband, Phillip, of Hobbs, NM; grandchildren, Michael James Finley and wife, Rosie, of Lubbock, Christa Lee and husband, Brandon, Miranda Young, Jessica Franks; great grandchildren, Aalycia Mershon, Sonia Vasquez, Ryan Mershon, Michael Daniel Finley and Julijah Finley.
