Nikki passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at her home in Brownfield after a valiant fight with cancer. She was born January 11, 1985 to Dawn Renee Paiva in Newport, RI.

Nikki’s four boys were the light of her life. She was a great mom who loved her children deeply. She had a bubbly vivacious personality and was willing to give even the shirt off her back to help others. Throughout her two year battle with cancer, Nikki retained her positive attitude and was an inspiration to those around her. She was also a member of Faith Family Fellowship of Brownfield.

Nikki was preceded in death by her mother, Dawn Carreiro and grandfather, Alfred Travers. She is survived by her 4 sons, Braden James Baker, Richard Jax Key, Tate Adam Key and Aliixander Polk Key of Brownfield; her father, Roberto Carreiro and his wife Christina of New Bedford, MA; 2 sisters, Christy Carreiro and Jessica Ventura of New Bedford, MA; grandparents, Ernest and Theresa Paiva of Brownfield; grandmother Mildred Travers of Somerset, MA; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
