Nita Fay Martin

Nita Fay Clare Martin was born to John Brit Clare SR and Nina Lee Wells Clare on February 7, 1950, in Brownfield, Texas.

Nita went to be with the Lord on December 28, 2020, in Lubbock, Texas. She graduated from Brownfield High School in 1969 and attended Midland College. She attended Christian Life Assembly of God where she was a member for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John B. Clare and Nina Lee Clare; two sisters, Wanda Lee Clare and Emily Darlene Clare Charters; one brother, John B. Clare JR. Nita is survived by one sister, Jerry Dean Clare Day of Lubbock; one brother, Gary Dane and Reta Clare of Brownfield and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a public viewing from 2:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at Brownfield Funeral Home. A private family graveside service will be held at Terry County Memorial Cemetery.
