Orlando DeLaO

Funeral services for Orlando DeLaO, of Brownfield, will be held at 10 am Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Santos Gamez officiating.

Visitation will be 6:00 pm — 8:00 pm Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel.

Orlando DeLaO, 66, passed away on June 21, 2020. He was born on October 9,1953, in Alpine, TX to Frank and Rebecca DeLaO.Orlando lived in Brownfield his entire life and graduated from Brownfield High School in 1973. Orlando was the proud owner of Orlando’s Texaco for many years.  He preceded in death by his parents and brother Raul DeLaO.

Orlando is survived by his children Danny DeLaO and wife Jackie of Pottsville AR; Orlando DeLaO Jr of Dorr MI; and Regina Essenburg and husband Ryan of Holland MI and eight grandchildren Micah, Jordan, Lexy, Mercedes, James, Carsen, Ava, Ryan Jr. and Jolie. He is also survived by partner, Cilvia Arguellez, and siblings Frank DeLaO Jr. and wife Pat of Midland; Mercedes Perez and husband Sipriano of Odessa; Adalberto DeLaO of Bridgeport, MI; Yolanda DeLaO of Odessa; David DeLaO and wife Katie of Edmond, OK; Eduardo DeLaO and wife Philly of Katy; Rodolfo DeLaO and wife Erin of Odessa; Raquel Williams and husband Triston of Amarillo and cousin Juan DeLaO also of Brownfield and many loving nieces, nephews and in-laws. 

The family wishes to express sincere gratitude to the many friends and family who visited with Orlando during his illness and the expressions of thoughtful generosity sharing stories of our dearly loved father and brother.
