Services for Rachel R. Perez, 70, of Brownfield will be at 10am, Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Father Gerald Leatham officiating. Burial will be in Brownfield Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

Rachel passed away Saturday, March 22, 2014 at her home in Brownfield. She was born January 24, 1944 to Alexander and Dora (Paz) Robles. She graduated from Thomas Edison High School in San Antonio. Rachel loved her children dearly and her grandchildren were her true joy. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Rachel is preceded in death by her parents and a son, Edward James Perez in 2007.

Rachel is survived by 3 daughters, Becky Garza and husband Fred of Lubbock, Diana Contreras and husband Victor of Lamesa and Peggy Aguero and husband Henry of San Antonio; 2 sons, Manny Perez of Beaumont and Roland Perez and wife Liz of League City;10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; 4 sisters, Elizabeth Gonzales of Dallas, Sylvia Lira and Mona Longoria both of California and Lynn Gonzales of Lubbock.
