Raul Adame Romero

Services for Raul Adame Romero, 75, of Brownfield will be at 10:00am, Thursday, April 21, 2011 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Father Gerald Leatham officiating. Burial will be in Brownfield Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

The family will receive visitors from 5-7pm Wednesday at the Funeral Home.

Raul passed away Monday, April 18, 2011 in a Lubbock Hospital. He was born December 6, 1935 in Donna, Texas to Celia Adame Romero. He married Anita Tijerina on September 24, 1957 in Brownfield. Raul owned and operated Taco Express in Brownfield for 23 years.

Raul is survived by his wife Anita; 5 children, Debbie Burse and husband Dewayne, Delma Dominguez and husband David, Leticia Romero Grimaldo and husband Julio, Ricky Romero and Raul Romero, Jr and wife Lori; grandchildren, Kristi Burse, D’Nika Romero and fiance' Justin Edwards, Jason Dominguez and wife Casey, Dewayne Burse, Jr. and wife Cristal, Nathan Dominguez, Lauren Romero, Nicholas Romero, Sebastian Grimaldo and Enrique Grimaldo ; 2 great grandchildren, Liliana Dominguez and Alexis Edwards; 4 brothers and sisters, Lupe Carillo, Rosa Martinez, Armando Romero and Frank Romero.
