Funeral services for Lorine Fuller will be held at 2 pm Saturday, August 25, 2018, at Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
There will be a family visitation from 2 pm to 4 pm Friday, August 24, 2018, at Brownfield Funeral Home.
Lorine passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018, in Lubbock. She was born April 3, 1933, to J.B. and Augusta Flourney in Nacogdoches. She graduated from Nacogdoches High School. Lorine married James Milton Fuller in Brownfield in 1955. She worked at the State school as a caregiver and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. Lorine was a great loving mother and a giving person that helped everyone she could. She was a very funny and active person who loved life. Lorine enjoyed sewing dolls and making clothing for her children. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Fuller, parents, J.B. and Augusta Flourney, siblings, Dewey Flourney, Bobbie Haggerty, Mae Kelso, Kathrine Gibson, L.T. Flourney and Tommie Burse.
Lorine is survived by six children, Jackie Maguire and husband, Mike, Robert Fuller and wife, Panke, Elaine Fuller and husband, Lorenzo Childers, Gail Whitfield and husband, Robert, Danny Fuller, Scottie Fuller and wife, Teresa; 27 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Tommy Lee Flourney.
