A gifted musician, Bryan had a remarkable ability to connect with others through his music. He played an array of instruments, including the piano, organ, guitar, and banjo, with a passion that brought joy to family and friends alike. His soulful voice and dedication to his craft left an indelible mark on those who were fortunate enough to hear him perform.

Bryan played with a variety of bands, including Texas Draw, Cimarron, and most recently, A Day Late And A Dollar Short. A remarkable highlight of his musical journey was the unforgettable experience of performing alongside the renowned Michael W. Smith at a Christian concert in Dallas. Bryan’s music reverberated through local venues, including the Meadow Musical and Amigos. His passion for music was intricately woven into the fabric of his faith as he shared his talent on the Hammond organ and piano at First Baptist Church in Brownfield, where he served as a lifelong member.

Above all, Bryan spent countless hours sharing his musical gifts with his children, instilling in them the same love for music that had shaped his life. He was a true artist at everything he did, including cooking and construction.

Bryan cherished the time spent with his family, particularly during their vacations to the lake, where he created lasting memories fishing with his beloved Pop and water skiing alongside his brother and sister. His kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit brightened the lives of those around him, and he leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter.

Bryan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leonard and Lucille Pope and J.G. and Juanita Stacy; uncle, Gary Stacy; and cousin, Christopher Stacy.
