Santos Jacquez

Funeral services for Santos Jacquez, 90, of Brownfield will be held 2pm Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church with Father Hector Madrigal officiating. Burial will follow at Brownfield Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

Santos passed away Saturday, March 12, 2016 in Lubbock. She was born November 11, 1925 in Doole to Telesforo Rendon and Jesusita Gonzales. She married Ysidro Jacquez on November 20, 1945 in Brownfield. Santos was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Santos is preceded in death by her husband, Ysidro Jacquez, and two sons, Jose Luis Jacquez and Jerry Jacquez.

Santos is survived by 6 children, Ysidro Jacquez Jr. and wife, Cruz, of Brownfield, Simon Jacquez and wife Janie, of Brownfield, Jesusa Garza and husband, Paul, of Richmond, Maria Martinez and husband, Jesse, of Brownfield, Diana Rodriguez and husband, Alfredo, of Lubbock, Rita Gonzales and husband, Ignacio, of Brownfield; 21 grandchildren; 53 great grandchildren; 24 great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Delfina Torres of Caro, Michigan.
