Scotty George

Services for Denny S. "Scotty" George, Jr., 28, of Brownfield will be at 10am, Monday, December 20, 2010 at Brownfield First Baptist Church with pastor Chris Galanos officiating. Burial will follow in Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral home.

Scotty passed away Friday, December 17, 2010 at Covenant Hospital in Lubbock. He was born March 18, 1982 in Lubbock to Scott and Kenya Brashears George. He graduated from Coronado High School in 2001. He then attended and graduated with a B.A. Degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas Tech University. He is preceded in death by his mother, Kenya Brashears Minnix.

Scotty is survived by his father, Scott George and step mother Kim of Lubbock; sister, Stormy of Lubbock; brother, Sterling George of Lubbock; grandparents, Tommy and Pat Brashears and Dale and Trucene George, all of Brownfield; aunt, Shauna George of Brownfield; uncles, Gary Brashears of Seattle, WA. and Rodney Brashears of Brownfield; several more aunts, uncles and cousins.
