Thomas Joe Christesson

Joe passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023, in Brownfield. He was born on August 18, 1943, to Joseph William and Goldie Irene Christesson in Terry County. He graduated from Brownfield High School. He married Ida Mae Ivey on July 6, 1962, in Brownfield. Joe was a member of the Brownfield Church of Christ and was also a Mason. He was a hardworking man that had a lot of friends.  Joe is preceded in death by his wife, Ida Mae Christesson; son, Johnny Christesson; brother, Johnnie Lee Christesson; sister, Gladys Blocker.

Joe is survived by his son, Michael Christesson and wife, Hazel; 4 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 9 step-great-grandchildren; a great-great grandson; and daughter-in-law, Rachel Christesson.
