Thomas is proceeded in death by his mother, Lorene Proctor Hangerford, son, Craig Proctor, brother, H.P. Proctor, brother-in-law, James Hart, and father-in-law, Glen Hart.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Terry Proctor; son, Doug Proctor; grandson, Brandon Proctor; mother-in-law, Loie Hart; brother, D.W. Proctor; and brother-in-law, Carrol Hart.
